Keep your word.
Centrely runs the timetable, the make-up credits and the PayNow matching for kids’ activity centres in Singapore.
Thirty minutes, your actual timetable, no slides.
Nothing was lost. It was just never written down.
A class gets cancelled at four in the afternoon. You tell the parent, of course, we will find her another slot, and you mean it. Then Thursday happens, and Friday, and by the time she asks again in March the only record is a WhatsApp thread and your memory.
Most centre software can invoice that family. Very little of it can tell you what you still owe them.
A make-up is a credit, with an expiry, in a ledger.
When a session is cancelled, Centrely issues a credit against the child: one make-up, valid until a date you set. Credits are spent oldest first, so nothing quietly expires while a newer one sits unused. When you book the make-up, the seat is checked against real capacity before it is held, not after.

PayNow in, matched, done.
Transfers arrive with whatever reference the parent happened to type. Centrely proposes the match against the open invoice, you confirm, and the family’s balance moves. The ones it cannot read stay in one place instead of six.
Two matched automatically. One waiting, in one place.
The trial that never got followed up.
Every enquiry lands in one funnel: enquired, trial booked, trial attended, enrolled. Nobody sits at “trial attended” for three weeks because nobody was sure whose job it was.
Parents stop asking you.
Your centre’s own portal, on your own subdomain, in your own colours. Parents check the timetable, see how many credits are left and when they expire, book a make-up into a seat that actually exists, and pay. You get your evenings back.
What is actually built
We have no customers to quote and no numbers to boast about yet. Here is the engine instead.
- Credit lots with expiry and oldest-first consumption
- Capacity checked in the database, not in the browser
- Payment fulfilment that cannot double-charge on a retry
- Per-centre vocabulary, so a swim school says Swimmer
- Every centre's data isolated at the database row, not just in code
Questions centres ask
No. Most centres start with one programme and one term, run it alongside whatever they use now, and move the rest once the first term closes cleanly.
They come across as credit lots with the expiry dates you already promised. We do the import with you on a call rather than handing you a spreadsheet template.
No. The portal is a web page on your own address. They sign in with the phone number or email you already have for them.
Yes, that is the point. PayNow is the default here, not a card fallback.
The database has handled multiple locations since day one; the interface is built for one today. Tell us about your second site on the walkthrough and we will be straight with you about timing.
Yes, and enforced in the database rather than trusted to application code. Every record carries its centre, and the database refuses to return rows that belong to anyone else.
